4. Payments & Transactions

All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for payment gateway downtime or processing errors. Refund policies are subject to the campaign organizer's terms and applicable payment gateway policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, code, and content, is the property of StackFundr. Users retain ownership of content they create. By posting content, you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes or to fund illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
  • Interfere with the platform's security or operation
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content
  • Impersonate other users or entities

7. Limitation of Liability

StackFundr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
